Rafael Vazquez Gregorio is a senior neurosurgeon resident from Mexico City from the National Autonomuous University from Mexico City in the National Neurology and Neurosurgery Institute from Mexico City. He has performed and assisted more than 550 surgeries in their program. He won the award from his University in Puebla , Mexico obtaining the best GPA in Medical School. He had won one of the places to assit the simposium from the NEJM 200th Anniversary Essay contest in Harvard Medical school. He had a course from Harvard Medical School, Principles and Practice of Clinical Research and published 4 international articles.
Abstract
Esthesioneuroblastoma or olfactory neuroblastoma (ENB) is a neuroectodermic malignant tumor derived from the olfactory epithelium of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses mucosa. It can extend to the superior third of the nasal septum, anterior floor, and intracranial compartment. This article presents the institutional experience and the prognosis of patients with the diagnosis of esthesioneuroblastoma.Â
