Abstract
Introduction:
Current methods are unable to detect cancer therapy resistance in real-time, causing cancer more lethal. Our product detects cancer therapy resistance in Real-time and is Sensitive, Simple, Cost-saving. Our product can also guide optimal drug dose in real-time to reduce side-effects.
The Problems:
1. Ecosystem:
30 - 70% treated drugs become ineffective for the cancer patients due to therapy resistance. Therapy Monitoring detects the resistance & guides Therapy Decision Making. The market is very big.
2. Problems & Current Solution:
Cancer therapy resistances are often detected too late by current methods. This causes disease more complex, patient death, and huge Medicare & economic expenses.
Solutions:
CSE1L is expressed in most cancer types. CSE1L exists in cancer blood
p-CSE1L phosphorylation is regulated by ERK.
