But it became more vital when research began (18th& 19th Century). In 2002, 10 million people are affected by Cancer and by 2017 it increased to 15 million. It is mostly seen in people of age above 15 years, among them 7.4 million cases are of men and 8.7 cases are of women. The scientists expect that this range may increase to 24 million in the future.
Lung Cancer was most common Cancer with Worldwide contribution of 13% of the total population. Breast Cancer, which is mostly seen among women is the second most common Cancer with 1.7million cases.
