Abstract
The individualized stimulation parameter selection is important to treat neurological disease or enhance brain function functionality. For this, simulation study using individual brain model is essential to search optimal stimulation parameter in each patient. However, it is computationally expensive and takes too long time to use it in the clinical situation. Among the procedures of individual brain modelling, segmentation of MRI image is the most important part and takes a lot of time. In this talk, we will show a deep neural network to segment MRI image and its practical feasibility.
