Registration Queries

Full conference registrants have access to all sessions including lunch and refreshments during the course of the event. Besides, all registrants will be provided with conference kit.

You will need to pick up your name badge along with conference materials when you arrive at the registration desk outside the conference hall. Your name badge serves as entry to all conference functions.

All cancellation requests must be emailed to the respective conference manager.

  • A 100% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 60 business days prior to the scheduled event (deduction of USD 100 processing charges).
  • A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 60 and 30 business days prior to the scheduled event.
  • No refunds will be granted if the request is received fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
  • E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.

Yes! You may transfer your registration to someone else in your organization. There is no fee for equal transfers. The request must be made via email to finance department and include the following information:

  • Name
  • Affiliation
  • Email
  • Phone

Hotel and Travel Queries

Hotel reservations should be completed one month prior to the event. Book your accommodation along with registration from the conference registration page.

Shuttle service is provided in selected hotels only. Do check the hotel website for availability and timings.

Yes! A maximum of 2 people can share a double bedded deluxe room.

Every participant needs to take care of their own travel.

Speaker Queries

All abstracts should be submitted on the abstract submission page or emailed to the respective conference manager.

Yes! You can attend as a delegate.

A speaker can submit a maximum of 3 abstracts for the conference.

Abstract submission deadline will be intimated through email and brochure.

Yes! A student can give an oral presentation under the Young Researchers category.

Delegate Queries

You can witness world class presentations from some of the most renowned researchers of the respective conference area. Besides, you can also be updated with the latest innovations taking place and network with individuals from different parts of the world.

Individuals requiring a letter of invitation need to pay the registration fees in full and then request the letter via email to the respective conference manager.

Students

Each poster will be allotted with a unique identification number, and those will be placed at the venue on the allotted day for poster presentation as well as the unique number will be mentioned in the scientific program.

Poster board size depends on venue, but the posters should be in the dimension of 42" x 56”.

Poster should be placed at the allotted places 2 hours prior to the poster session and can be removed at the end of the day.

Best posters will be awarded at the closing ceremony of the conference.

Yes, we have separate oral category for students i.e. Young Scientist Awards

Financial Assistance

Attendees requesting for partial financial assistance can mail us direct at contact@meetingsint.com

Unfortunately, we are not in a position to offer such grants.

Accommodation

Yes, we have option of only registration or packages i.e., (Package A and Package B). If you do not wish to book accommodation from our end you can opt for general registration which excludes accommodation.

Hotel information will be sent to you with a confirmation letter. A block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact us by writing at contact@meetingsint.com . After the allocated rooms have been filled, reservations may be made at the regular room rate if space is available.

Yes, you can register now and once you receive your entry VISA you can mail us at contact@meetingsint.com, so we can assist with accommodation.

It depends on the availability of room, if it's available we can confirm your bookings till 15days prior to the event dates.

No, as per hotel norms you need to book a double room, if 2 people are staying in a same room. You need to pay the accompanying person charges so we automatically book a double room.

Depends, if your son is below 12yurs you can stay in the same room, else you need to pay the extra charges for the 3rd adult.

General Queries

The final conference program will be mailed to all the registrants and available on the conference website 30 days prior to the event.

Rescheduling request should be sent through email to the conference manager 30 days prior to the event. No rescheduling of presentations shall be done after the launch of final agenda.

Business casual is suitable for all conference activities.

Yes! Wifi credentials will be shared by the onsite coordinator.

Although attendees may bring family members to the hotel, only paid registrants wearing conference names badges will be permitted to attend conference events and food/social functions.
