In this work, we tried to summarize modern views on the situation with COVID-19. The scientists claim that overlapping with bacterial infection mainly occurs during hospitalization, and the vast majority of infection has been represented by strain Acinetobacter baumannii; and even after all the percentage of co-infection in COVID-19 is very low, for this reason, the uncontrolled use of antibiotics for COVID-19 treatment is unjustified. The widespread use of the same antimicrobial drugs both for the therapy and/or for the purpose of public places sanitation leads to the loss of the sensitivity to antibiotics. We seem to be dealing with antibiotic resistance, which leads to longer hospital stays, higher mortality rates and a significant economic burden. Virus also loses or changes sites responsible for antibody affinity, that leads to its escape from the immune response. Thus, multiple mutations of the COVID-19 were revealed in the receptor-binding domain, in the N-terminal end, the sites responsible for binding the virus with antibodies and its neutralization. The main reason for the suspension and pausing the rollout of Johnson & Johnson's or AstraZeneca vaccination in many countries seems to be an increase in blood clotting in those who have been vaccinated, which is observed not only in the population over 60. In this paper, we have also summarized the main myths regarding the COVID-19 and tried to provide sound advice on how to protect yourself from COVID infection.

He is the head of the pulmonary medicine department at the hospital clinic of a medical university.
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a complex disease that requires differential diagnosis and proper classification to identify appropriate therapy. The Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease(GOLD) guidelines classify a patient’s COPD and provide recommendations for first-line treatment .The 2021 update included information regarding the use od e-cigarettes as nicotine replacement ,triple therapy ,and how the SARS –CoV-2 virus impacted patients with COPD. However, our report will focused COPD exacerbations and mostly will cover the new approaches in prevention of COPD exacerbation. Exacerbations may be triggered by several factors ,most commonly infections of the respiratory tract. Conditions with nonspecific symptoms similar to a COPD exacerbation include pneumonia ,pneumothorax, pleural effusion ,pulmonary embolism, pulmonary edema ,and/or cardiac arrhythmias. The goal of therapy when treating a COPD exacerbation is to minimize the negative impact of the current exacerbation and prevent future events. In moderate –to-severe exacerbations ,in addition to the SABA, systemic corticosteroids and antibiotics may also be used for no more than 5 to 7 days to improve FEV1,shorten recovery time, reduce the risk of early relapse ,and shorten duration of hospitalization. The guidelines recommend the use of long-acting bronchodilarots throughout the exacerbation or start these medication as soon as possible before discharge. Infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus may put a patient with COPD at increased risk of complications, including exacerbation and hospitalization. While patients with COPD may not be at an increased risk of infection, they may be at an increased risk of complications and hospitalization due to infection. If a patient with COPD contracts the SARS-CoV-2 virus ,there is no evidence that COPD medications should be altered and treatment should be the same standard of care that other COVID-19 patient receive. As this a respiratory virus ,it may trigger and aggravate COPD exacerbation ,all patients with COPD have to receive booster dose of vaccine against COVID-19.All patients infected with COVID-19 ,after this infection ,should undergo rehabilitation and follow-up. There is suggestions in prevention of exacerbation of COPD by using new treatment options including new combination of bronchodilators (dual and single) and ICS .And one of crucial moment of this suggestion is using low doses of ICS as content of triple therapy(LAMA/LABA/ICS) and achieve similar patient outcomes when using high doses of ICS. Recently published IMPACT and ETHOS clinical trials have been suggested the beneficial effect of triple therapy in reducing exacerbation of COPD. However, the use of high doses ICS as known, may associated with poor outcomes for patients including the risk of development of pneumonia. And ETHOS trial gave us new evidence about beneficial effect of triple combination with low doses of ICS with minimizing risk of development of pneumonia and other complications related to use of high doses of ICS. And furthermore, ETHOS trial suggested that triple therapy in patients with COPD may reduce all-cause mortality which most beneficial for any patient with this deadly disease. New findings regarding trip[le therapy suggest that there is a significant decrease in mortality in comparison to dual bronchodilation therapy and a decrease in exacerbations and hospitalization. The management of patients at follow-up is dependent on two treatable targets: dyspnea and exacerbations.

Introduction: Pulmonary embolism and venous thromboembolism is the third major cause of cardiovascular deaths after myocardial infaction and stroke. They mostly are originated in pelvic veins and lower extremities .
Purpose: the porpose of this study is to demostrate that patients that had suffdered from pulmnary thromboembolism has chakras’ energy centers deficient in energy, leading to the propensity to have stagnation of Blood and the treatment of this lack of energy in the chakras’ energy centers using highly dilluted medicatyions according to the theory Constitutional Homeopathy of the Five Elements Based on Tradaitional Chinese medicine can be one important option for the prevention and treatment of patients with this condition. Methods: through one case report of 80 year-old man with history of tabagism for 50 years, had diabetes, hypertension, hernia inguinoescrotal, with history of dyspnea and went to emergency room and they did diagnosis of pulmonary thromboembolism through rx ray. He did the treatment with anti-coagulant medication but still have dyspnea symptoms. He went to an acupncture clinic in Brazil and the doctor measured his chakras’ energy centers to evaluate his energy condition.
Results: the results of this measurement was that all his chakras’ energy centers were completely deficient in energy, with the exception of the seventh chakra, taht was normal, rated in eight. The doctor began to replenish his chakras’ energy centers using highly dilluted medications according to the theory Constitutioanl Homeopthy of the Five Elements Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and crystal-based medications.
Conclusion: the conclusion of this study is that patient with history of pulmonary thromboembolism have chakras’ energy centers deficient in energy and the correction of this energy deficiency using highly dilluted medications can prevent the formation of venous thrombosis and pulmonary thromboembolism.

Allergic rhinitis and asthma are both chronic heterogeneous disorders, with an overlapping epidemiology of prevalence, health care costs and social costs in quality of life. Both are inflammatory disorders with a similar pathophysiology, and both share some treatment approaches. However, each disorder has an array of treatments used separately in controlling these atopic disorders, from inhaled corticosteroids, beta2-agonists and antihistamines to newer monoclonal antibody-based treatments. Allergic rhinitis is a common disorder that is strongly linked to asthma and conjunctivitis. It is usually a long-standing condition that often goes undetected in the primary-care setting. The classic symptoms of the disorder are nasal congestion, nasal itch, rhinorrhea and sneezing. A thorough history, physical examination and allergen skin testing are important for establishing the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis. Dysfunction of the upper and lower airways frequently coexist, and they appear to share key elements of pathogenesis. Data from epidemiologic studies indicate that nasal symptoms are experienced by as many as 78% of patients with asthma and that asthma is experienced by as many as 38% of patients with allergic rhinitis. Studies also have identified a temporal relation between the onset of rhinitis and asthma, with rhinitis frequently preceding the development of asthma. Patients with allergic rhinitis and no clinical evidence of asthma commonly exhibit nonspecific bronchial hyperresponsiveness. The observation that management of allergic rhinitis also relieves symptoms of asthma has heightened interest in the link between these diseases. The observation that management of allergic rhinitis also relieves symptoms of asthma has heightened interest in the link between these diseases. Intranasal corticosteroids can prevent increases in nonspecific bronchial reactivity and asthma symptoms associated with seasonal pollen exposure. Similarly, among patients with perennial rhinitis, daily asthma symptoms, exercise-induced bronchospasm, and bronchial responsiveness to methacholine are reduced after administration of intranasal corticosteroids. Antihistamines, with or without decongestants, reduce seasonal rhinitis symptoms, asthma symptoms, and objective measurements of pulmonary function among patients with rhinitis and asthma.

Pneumonia is an irritation of the air sacs in the lungs (alveoli) and the encompassing tissue. It frequently prompts an abrupt high fever, the inclination that you are exceptionally unwell, a hack and windedness. Since pneumonia is typically caused by bacteria, it can by and large be dealt with successfully with antibiotics. Immunizations that can forestall contamination by specific microorganisms are additionally accessible. Individuals who are generally healthy by and large recuperate inside half a month. However, pneumonia shouldn't be taken too lightly: it can last one or in some cases even a while until you are back to original capacity. Pneumonia may at times have hazardous inconveniences, particularly in the event that you have as of now been debilitated by another disease. Pneumonia can likewise be hazardous for infants and more established individuals.
