Abstract
Through randomized quantitative experimental design , a sample of 16 patient was enrolled in sensory motor area of occupational therapy department SIPMR Karachi ,Disability of Arm ,shoulder and hand (DASH)used to measured hand functioning, Sensory examination by design neurological evaluation form were also administered to the clients pre and post 6 to 8 weeks of occupational therapy services. All participant signed informed consent .Generally, hand rehabilitation involves comprehensive services for physiological impairments, activity difficulties, limitations in roles or occupation. Occupational therapist may address physiological issues e.g. , pain, stiffness, edema, limited ROM and sensory issues.
