Meetings International continues to lead the way in supporting and advancing scientific and technological research. The 9th Global Summit on Waste Management and Recycling will recognize exceptional researchers and their contributions with various awards. We invite enthusiastic researchers from around the world to join us for this prestigious event scheduled for March 17-18, 2025, in Singapore City, Singapore.

Eminent Keynote Speaker Award: The 9th Global Summit on Waste Management and Recycling 2025 will present the Eminent Keynote Speaker Award to researchers who have dedicated a significant portion of their academic careers to the topics of the conference. This award honors those who have made substantial behind-the-scenes contributions, acknowledging their commitment and hard work.

Outstanding Speaker Award: The Outstanding Speaker Award will be conferred upon researchers who have made notable contributions to the field and delivered their presentations in a compelling and impressive manner during the summit. This recognition from the jury and delegates will serve as an encouragement to continue advancing their research.

Model Organizing Committee Member Award: This award will recognize the exceptional efforts of organizing committee members who have made significant impacts through their research and dedication. It is a meaningful acknowledgment of their commitment and contributions to the field.

Promising Young Researcher Award: The Promising Young Researcher Award is designed to honor emerging researchers who are actively contributing to advancements in waste management and recycling. This award aims to provide encouragement and support for their ongoing efforts to develop sustainable solutions for environmental challenges.

Educative Poster Award: The Educative Poster Award will be given to researchers who present their research through informative and educational posters. This award highlights the most effective and insightful research posters that provide valuable guidance and knowledge to the community.

Criteria:

• All submitted abstracts will be automatically considered for awards.
• Presentations will be evaluated on-site at the conference.
• Award winners will be selected by judges assigned to each award category.
• Winners will be announced during the closing ceremony.
• Poster Award winners will receive an award certificate.
• Evaluation will be based on planning and format, intelligence, argumentation and approach, familiarity with previous work, engagement quality, message clarity, visual content parity, and overall impact.

Guidelines:

• All submissions must be in English.
• Topics must align with the scientific sessions of the conference.
• Each participant is allowed to submit a maximum of 2 papers.
• Abstracts must be submitted online according to the provided template.
• Abstracts should be written in Times New Roman, font size 12.
• An abstract must include a title, author(s) name, affiliation, country, speaker’s biography, recent photograph, image, and references.
• Each poster should be approximately 1x1 meter in size, with clearly visible title, content, and author information from a distance of 1-2 feet.
