Acupuncture does not bring new/fresh energy into the organism (except the little warm/hot energy through moxibustion of an acupuncture point) and the energetic effects of acupuncture are intended to work against the stagnation of Qi and harmonize the YIN-Qi and YANG-Qi of an organ or meridian. But for new/fresh energy, we need the laser! The main reason for the effect of laser-radiation is the coherence of the laser-beam compared to uncoordinated photons of normal light. The coherent laserbeam gives the energy-gain of the laserphoton to the normal light-photon (from the higher level of energy to the lower level according to the quantum leap). In the mitochondrias they arrive at the special receptor for photons. How our organism reacts, when different frequencies are applied? Are frequencies necessary or is cw(continuous wave) as efficient? Let us have a look about biological perception: Optical perceptible resonances like the emotional stimulating colours of the sun going down compare this to the theory of colours (Goethe 1810), Acoustically perceptible resonances like the Om-singing of Buddhists (frequency is 136,10 Hz) as very agreable frequency but on the other hand there are pesky noises.Olfactoric perceptible resonances like the smell of flowers, perfume and so on, Vibrational perceptions / impulse-frequencies during massage (for example chinese massage TUINA) and others. The pain memory is difficult to treat with western medicine but good results with new Earacupuncture because BAHR has found in his research special points at the lobule of the ear. In the workshop the treatment of patients with chronic pain will be demonstrated live.

Introduction: The use of associated oncospecific treatments with complementary therapies (CT) is well known and highly relevant in terms of their social and medical significance. These treatments combine conventional medicine with complementary therapies.
Objective: To determine whether in our environment the use of complementary therapies (CT) improves quality of live and anxiety or depression levels in cancer patients.
Methods: Concurrently offered to outpatients in the course of adjuvant chemotherapy or within six months after this, CT delivered simultaneously with the standard treatment for side effects were: mindfulness, biofield therapies, acupuncture, or nutritional support and supplements, based on a clinical review by a medical member of our integrative health unit. Patients signed an informed consent and completed the HAD (anxiety and depression) and QLQC-30 questionnaires at the beginning and end of the intervention.
Results: Between May 2016 and April 2017, 52 patients participated in the study, 63% receiving nutritional advice, 54% acupuncture, 65% biofield therapies, and 12% mindfulness training. Pre- and post- intervention evaluations found statistically significant reductions in the levels of anxiety (HAD-A: p=0,002) and depression (HAD-D: p=0,04). Quality of life improved significantly in global (p=0,02) and emotional (p = 0, 01) dimensions. A reduction in symptoms such as pain, nausea, and fatigue were noted, as well as an improvement in appetite. Patient satisfaction was 100%.
Conclusion: In our study, the use of CT improved the quality of life, anxiety, and depression in patients with cancer, a finding in line with other reported findings.

Introduction: Onnetsu means comfortable heat. Onnetsu Therapy invented by Dr. Kazuko Tatsumura emits from a special patented ceramic; 1) Heat 2) Precise 8-10µ of vibration of Far Infrared SunRay and 3) Vibration of Terahertz.
Methods: When Onnetsuki is slid over the skin, healthy areas are comfortable, but IF deep tissue is unhealthy or cold, degenerated, patient feels this spot to be ‘hot’. When this ‘hot spot’ is effectively treated with Onnetsu Therapy (Far-Infrared & Terahertz vibrations, and Heat), the hot sensation subsides and the Disease Conditions improve through vibrating water molecules of our deep tissue. Therefore, the Onnetsu Therapy is both a diagnostic and therapeutic. Dr Kazuko’s Onnetsu Therapy is based on four historical and scientific facts. Traditional Japanese Concept of the significance of Body Temperature. Hippocrates also has left quotes on Heat. NASA's finding regarding Far-Infrared vibration from Sun light precise 8-10µ. Also, added is the specific Terahertz vibration of earth minerals from volcanos stones from the depth of our planet earth. Immunology by Dr. Toru Abo, balancing autonomic nervous system is to improve condition of white cells; Raising Immunity. Promoting four flows of Energy throughout our body by using acupuncture meridian technique.
Result: Some countries (Peru, Cuba & Mexico) are practicing it in the hospitals and clinics. Clinical trials have shown improvements on many diseases: such as asthma, brain, ear & eye problems, cancers, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, tuberculosis and various pain conditions. Clinical studies from Cuba and Peru will be presented.
Conclusion: Onnetsu Therapy is a new, easy & noninvasive treatment modality to treat difficult chronic medical conditions. Therapy uses Universal Vibrations, Heat, Light, Autonomic Nervous System Balance and Acupuncture Meridian System.

Dr. Alex da Silva Santos is acupuncturist for 30 years. He is Director of the Brazilian Center for Clinical Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, coordinator and Professor of the acupuncture course of the Faculty of Sciences of Wenceslau Bras, (FACIBRA)-Paraná-RJ. He started the work with the Radionic Crystals in 2008, along with his creator (Prof. Raul Breves), forming in Rio de Janeiro, the main pole of vocational training in the therapy of radionic crystals in Brazil. In 2008, he was elected Vice-president and Director of teaching of ABRATEB (association that regulates the teaching and practice of the therapy of radionics crystals in Brazil and in the world). He recently moved to Portugal to introduce the radionics crystals in Europe, where he has already taught several training courses in partnership with the Instituto VanNghi de Portugal.
Through a theoretical and practical presentation, I will present the Radionic Crystals and explore their various therapeutic possibilities, giving enphasys to the definity cure of the fears. Through the Radionic Crystals we treat countless pathologies, be they of physical or emotional origin and we are able to eliminate specific fears in few minutes, no matter how long the person suffers from fear or if he has been doing treatments for years to get rid of it. The results are always immediate! There is no technique in the world that has such power. The Radionic Crystals were created in 2008 by the Acupuncturist and Dowser, Prof. Raul Breves, and are considered by many, the most important world discovery in the field of acupuncture. They are small glass spheres, similar to those used in Auriculotherapy, with the difference that they are programmed with a powerful energy that immediately changes the mental pattern and the energy of the point or region where they are placed. The application is totally painless and the results are incredibly fast. Its programming is entirely based on Chinese Medicine, which also allows us to use them to replace needles in the vast majority of acupuncture treatments, facilitating and enhancing the results of the treatments performed. An indispensable tool for Acupuncturists and health professionals all over the world.

The workshop demonstrates the integrative combination of phototherapy and laser acupuncture in the treatment of dry, age related macular degeneration. For the first time, we have shown in a randomized clinical trial the complete and stable healing of that frequent diseases. We explan the healing principles, which are based on cellular oxidative stress. In a second part of the workshop we demonstrate modern pain treatment strategies, which are stimulating central pain inhibiting pathways and combine it with photonic blockade of lateral nerve fibres. In the third part of the workshop we introduce the new PDIS-method (photodynamic infrared spectroscopy) for cancer diagnosis and treatments. The PDIS is able to detect single circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in the blood and can destroy CTCs. As consequence, the formatiion of metastases can be effectively avoided and -as result- the cancer mortality rate can be reduced. Furthermore, the PDIS allows to evaluate the results of any chemotherapy/radiation therapy. The uncertainity regarding the patients lifetime prognosis can be finished and individually adapted treatment strategies can be developed and applied.

The ayurvedic principal of the gradual development of imbalances into the six stages of its manifestation into disease and there unique early detection is explained. An overview of major Vedic approaches to create health is presented which include consciousness through Yoga and Transcendental Meditation, health education, diet, daily and seasonal routines, ayurvedic lifestyle, herbs, Panchakarma, Vedic sounds and vibrations, Jyotish, Yagya and even collective health. A short overview of scientific research on the benefits of the Transcendental Mediation technique (TM) shows according to health insurance data a significant reduction of health care costs by up to 50%. TM also has proven to lower high blood pressure. A brief presentation of published research on the Maharishi Panchakarma programme (though not conducted at our clinic) will include: a 58% elimination of environmental toxins including pesticide residues and heavy metals (which would normally take decades to leave the body), improvements in 16 parameters of physical and mental health, reduction in aggressive oxygen free radicals, and decrease of total cholesterol. Maharishi AyurVeda Health Centre in Bad Ems Germany has treated 25,000 people since it opened 26 years ago, and is probably the largest dedicated residential Ayurveda clinic outside India. It has official status as a private hospital, has 90 staff, has been featured in 1200 favourable press reports and 300 TV appearances; and has received 15 significant awards and honours, from Germany, India, Russia and elsewhere. The average stay in the clinic is 10 days but there are programmes offered for up to 28 days. We will share our experience and insights into what makes a clinic successful, and how to overcome the many challenges faced by any Ayurveda clinic in the West. These include: extremely labour-intensive treatment in countries where labour costs are high; treatments are not yet reimbursed by health insurance; high expenses from consumables and laundry; legal restrictions in some countries preventing the presentation of research to the general public.
We offer a lively optional supporting programme at the clinic, which offers added attraction and tends to enhance the patient’s long-term benefit, with health education on diet and daily routine, yoga exercise, gem-light therapy, Gandharva music therapy and Transcendental Meditation.
A Mazic-de Sonis is specialized in gynecology/obstetrics. She followed a multidisciplinary training involving TCM acupuncture pharmaconutrition and pain medicine. In the pain clinic of CHIREC Brussels all aspects of pain treatment and integrative approach are used. The group performs research on treatment of refractory pain, drug tolerance and side effects, and efficacy of acupuncture. In the research on acupuncture a bidirectional approach of basic science and clinical trials is required. She is Professor in pain medicine and acupuncture in Brussels and Paris. She oversees a special interest group integrative pain medicine supported by Belgian pain society (IASP).
Chronic pain often involves problems such as poor nutrition, weight loss, decreased activity, sleep disturbances, social isolation, anxiety, fear and depression unemployment and financial problems. Conservative, pharmacological treatment may be produce tolerance and side effects. The principles of traditional Chinese medicine link three major themes: nutrition and microbiome, neuroplasticity, and homeostasis. We developed an algorithm of integrative medicine combining acupuncture, pharmaconutrition, including the natural compound, palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), a glial modulator and peroxysome-activated receptor alpha agonist, vitamin D and nutritional rehabilitation close to drugs. The objective of this treatment is to improve pain and prevent chronicity. Acupuncture results in pain alleviation with lower doses pain medication and reduction of the polypharmacy and its complication This multimodal approach influencing pain via synergistic non-drugs association like pharmaconutritional, acupuncture, neuroacupuncture, the modulation of non-neuronal cells such as glial and mast cells is a promising strategy; PEA proved to be effective and safe in nerve compression syndromes and when added to classical treatments. The effectiveness of acupuncture for treating pain conditions has been assessed in RCT’s and individual patient data meta-analysis. These trials demonstrate that acupuncture is a valuable treatment for a wide variety of conditions. Neuroimaging technology provided evidence that acupuncture increases activity in brain regions associated with pain and the sensation and affective perception. Cortical and subcortical brain regions, including the sensorimotor cortical network are activated and limbic-paralimbic-neocortical network is deactivated. Combination of acupuncture with drug treatment, pharmaconutrition, PEA and nutritional rehabilitation deserves further investigation and the development of targeted treatment strategies.

Background and aims: Acupuncture is medical science that deals the study and recording the informations to the organism in the specific points. This Acupuncture Points help us also in the treatments and diagnostic. The number of the Acupuncture points in our body is 657 points. Only ear-auriculo has more than 200 points. Stimulation of these points helps relieve the pain. Treatments are so effective and all natural. Migraine is the disease with psycho motoric origin. Treating is with painkillers or Analgesics but out results. Acupuncture has given results in Europe and in the entire World for migraine pain and other neurological disease. This study will show to you results in small clinical conditions.
Methods: Successfully treated patients with headaches-Migraine with the special points of pain like L4 ST 44 DU 20 , local points , distal points etc. Electro-stimulation was done for 20 min with the frequencies up to 1000 Hz. Investigated patients was 50,8 male ,42 female, most of them had 10-35 years of pain. N=50 7 had a pain along the UB Meridian M= 826 had the pain along the GB Meridian F=427 had the pain along the ST Meridian.
Results: The patients was treated 3 time pro week and in the cycle 10-12 Treatments 26 patients was treated with only one treatment 2 treatments was enough for 18 patient 6 from them needed more than 3 treatments, all treatments for all patients was in Total : 15,6 treatments. After Treatments 30 patients was out pain. 14 patients were feeling much better. Only 6 of them were out improved. After 6 months in 60 % of them the pain was not received.
Conclusion: In European Union the Acupuncture is very familiar and is practiced in many clinics in Public Health. The investigated patients who was treated in our clinic was before treated props with medicines. It remains that this Medical Science will be applied in Kosovo and Region.
Vibrational medicine might give certain answers because diagnostics and therapy of subtle bodies, chakras are possible. With the radionics (before and after certain energy therapy) approach (usually Voll diagnostic) in our case with pulse diagnostic (as the oldest and the most traditional one) we may see state of chakras and bio-field and how they going to behave when we have certain energy source that is good for the organisms. This energy source or device has scalar frequency and some Hertz frequencies as well added by patient needs, usually (Solfeggio frequency,528Hz,432Hz), LDF like 10Hz, 7,28 Hz. Good frequency can only cure not to harm to spirit or the body! What we see are Chakras and bodies before and after vibrational medicine treatment. (Acupuncture meridians, dots and chakras are attractors of the vital force, vital energy or Qi, Chi, Prana). When we have certain devices like MRAZ devices we may fulfill his energy net to his full potential if it is healthy person (80%, 90% 100%) or give certain inputs for healing, if it is sick person (ZERO POINT FIELD for exap.). One patients need: social support and security Support of the family support of the community, many doctors, Therapist as well. He/she will search for his cure everywhere including alternative medicine.so we should be prepared for this kind of challenge on all levels of the healthcare system.

Leech therapy is one of the leading methods of the oldest known ancient system of medical knowledge – Ayurveda. In the last decades there’s been quite a renaissance of leech therapy, not only in Russia but also in other parts of the world. The reason for it lies in a scientific approach to leech therapy. The first Russian and the world department of hirudotherapy and natural methods of treatment was established in 1966 at the Academy of Medical and Social Management (AMSU) in St.- Petersburg. That set the milestone for the basic research that were made later and which also allowed us to fully understand the mechanisms of leech impact on human body. In more than two decades of work with prominent Russian scientists, some fundamental researches in the field of leech therapy have been collected under the roof of the Academy of Hirudotherapy, Sankt-Petersburg. 1992–The discovery of the phenomenon“Hirudobiopsy”(A.I.Krashenyuk,S.V.Krashenyuk);1993-The discovery of the energy effect (information-entropy) (A.I.Krashenyuk,S.V.Krashenyuk); 1996 – The discovery of neuro-stimulating effect of medical leeches (A.I. Krashenyuk, S.V.Krashenyuk, N.I. Chalisova); 2001 - The discovery of the acoustic effect of leech therapy. (A. I. Krashenyuk, D. I. Frolov); 2003 - The discovery of the detoxication effect of leech therapy. (A. I.Krashenyuk); 2004 – The discovery of the phenomenon of local hyperthermia in the body benign brain tumour – neurinoma (Kamynin Yu.F., Krashenyuk A.I.); 2004 – The discovery of the phenomenon of polymorphic resonance in neurotransmitter system of the brain with leech therapy (Kamy-nin Yu.F., Krashenyuk A.I.); 2005 - The discovery of a negentropic effect of leech therapy. (A.I.Krashenyuk, G.N.Dulnev); 2007 – The role of Autohemohirudotherapy in the formation of immuno- modulatory effect of hirudotherapy was demonstrated (A. I. Krashenyuk, S. V. Krashenyuk, Krylov A.A.); 2010 - The discovery of the aqua structural effect of hirudotherapy. (Semihina L.P., Krashenyuk A.I.); 2016 – The discovery of the resonance effect in SVCh - KVCh ranges in leech therapy (Vlaskin S.V., Dubovitsky S.A., Krashenyuk A.I., Petrosyan V.I.); 2016 – The experimental confirmation of the theory of homotoxicology and anti-homotoxic therapy of H.-H.Rekkeveg of the existence of the humoral and cellular phase of the disease (Krashenyuk A.I., Krashenyuk S.V.). All the scientific research having been made, we can asset that hirudotherapy has the most effective influence on homeostasis among other healing methods. Any other method with such a wide range of effectiveness in modern medicine is yet unknown. There is no doubt that leech is most advanced nanotechnology tool currently known to humankind.

Benign prostate hypertrophy (BPH) is a major problem of public health affecting older men. BPH’s risk factors include age, androgens, growth factors, diet and life style. In Algeria, this disease is awkward and patients not only suffering from increased frequency urination and pollakiuria but also side effects of drugs used which leading to erectile dysfunction and gynecomastia. Older men, with BPH, prefer to use medicinal plants for the management of this pathology to avoid adverse effects. In this project, it was reported some herbs widely used in Algeria to reduce BPH’s symptoms. Among theme, some are effective such as Cucurbita pepo (seed oil), Urtica dioical (roots, leaves and stems), Serenoa repens (fruits), Glycine max L. Merr. (Soybeen seeds), Glycyrrhiza glabra(roots). This work provides information on the mode of action of these plants in controlling the lower urinary tract symptoms associated to BPH. Alternative medicine relieves BPH’s symptoms but have less serious side effects.

The present study investigated the health care activities and the successful aging of elderly people living in the community. This study is a mixed methods research using convergent parallel design. 483 elderly people living in the 2 cities were selected as subjects to collect quantitative data. For qualitative data collection, 6 elderly people participated. The main results were as follows: First, the elderly living in the community had independent daily living ability. Over time, they wanted to have a new support system in the community such as friends and neighbors. Second, according to the results of the questionnaire, the successful aging in the community was found to be moderate. Among the sub-factors, ‘physical self-control’ factor was the highest. Third, the elderly in the community practiced activities promoting health, but it was evaluated that the healthcare services available in the local community were limited and information on the services was not easy to collect. It is necessary to provide useful health care services that can be used in the local community and to provide service utilization information through various routes in order to achieve a successful aging.

The discovery of natural resources from plants remains crucial for the development of new therapeutic remedies. The present study focused on the phytochemical study of commercial essential oils of certain medicinal plants: Thym (Thymus vulgaris), basil (Ocimum basilicum), sage (Salvia officinalis), Garden cress (Lepidium sativum) and lettuce (Lactuca sativa). The qualitative dosage of twelve secondary metabolites showed the presence of terpenoids and saponins in all tested oils while steroids, alkaloids, anthraquinones and phlobatannins were absent. The results obtained are encouraging and the secondary metabolites present in these oils were responsible for certain activities, hence the interest of their uses in traditional phytotherapy as well as the pharmacological and cosmetic field.

The presentation discusses the vital energy (Qi) which makes the human body based on the doctrine from the Yellow Emperor’s traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Classics. Through pulse taking (ancient technique), one could understand the internal Qi movement situation in the body. A simplified method of pulse taking which focuses on whether the pulsing is over or less in a certain area of the wrist can provide information about the certain system in the body is in the hyper or hypofunctional stage. One can select the appropriate acupoints by applying traditional Chinese medicine Five Shu Points theory. If the pulsing appears to be over then the reduce stimulation technique will be applied while if the pulsing is less the tonic method will be applied in order to correct the imbalance situation. By using the simplified method of pulse taking a guide to select the appropriate point and following up with the relevant stimulation technique, one can achieve an amazing clinical result.
Rossi Elio Giovanni has graduated cum laude in Medicine from the University of Milan (Italy) in 1979; specialized in Infectious Diseases in 1982. Since 1991 he is Member of the Faculty of Homeopathy of London (mfhom) and ffhom (Hon) since 2018. He is the Director of the Homeopathic Clinic of the Hospital of Lucca since 1998, Regional Center of reference and responsible for the Complementary Medicine and diet in oncology clinic of the Local Health Unit 2 Lucca. He is the Member of the Quality Assurance Scheme Development Group of the European Initiative on Breast Cancer (ECIBC) to realize the European guidelines on cancer since 2015.
Background: In order to address the side effects of anti-cancer treatments, the Clinic for Complementary Medicine and Diet in Oncology was opened, in collaboration with the Oncology Department, at the Hospital of Lucca (Italy) in 2013.
Aim: To present the results of complementary medicine treatment targeted towards reducing the adverse effects of anti-cancer therapy and cancer symptoms, and improving patient quality of life.
Methods: This is a retrospective observational study on 357 patients consecutively visited from September 2013 until December 2017. The intensity of symptoms was evaluated according to a grading system from G0 (absent) to G1 (slight), G2 (moderate), and G3 (strong). The severity of radiodermatitis was evaluated with the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG) scale.
Results: The main types of cancer were breast (57.1%), colon (7.3%), lung (5.0%), ovary (3.9%), stomach (2.5%), prostate (2.2%), and uterus (2.5%). The comparison of clinical conditions before and after treatment showed a significant amelioration of nausea, insomnia, depression, anxiety, fatigue, mucositis, hot flashes, joint pain, dysgeusia, neuropathy, and all symptoms. Moreover, in a subgroup of 17 patients in radiotherapy undergoing integrative treatment, the severity of radiodermatitis were much lower than in the 13 patients without integrative treatment. Twenty-one cancer patients (6.2%) either refused (18) or discontinued (3) conventional anti-cancer treatment against the recommendation of their oncologist; after the integrative oncology visit 41.2% decided to accept standard oncological treatments.
Conclusions: An integrative oncology clinic may contribute to reducing the adverse effects of anti-cancer therapy and improving the quality of life of cancer patients

The presentation introduces a new diagnostic method, which allows to detect circulating single tumor cells in the blood and to remove it from the bloodstream. To illustrate the situation: the Magneto Resistance Tomography (MRT) is able to detect tumors, which have a mass of at least 1 gram or more. That represents the presently accepted early cancer recognition threshold. However, a 1 g tumor consists of about 1 billion cells (109)! The new diagnostic method, which we introduce, combines the principles of Photodynamic Therapy and high resolution Raman Spectroscopy. The clinical tests of this diagnostic method, which we call ‘Photodynamc Spectroscopy- PDIS’ are successfully finished. The PDIS can be used to avoid the formation of metastases and therefore to reduce the cancer mortality and to detect circulating tumor cell clusters in blood with an ultimate resolution of one single cancer cell and to destroy such cells. It allows evaluating for each patient the efficiacy of his individual chemotherapy and/or radiation treatments. In case of remaining cancer cells in blood, the PDS can be used to find and to destroy such cell clusters and primary tumors therefore, to reduce the risk of fomation of metastases significantly. PDIS can be applied for preventional screening of patients having a higher familiar or genetic risk to develop cancer as part of the annual checkup. PDIS is of interest for all therapists, not only for cancer specialists (!), who are confrontated to cancer patients. PDIS is a new powerful tool in cancer diagnostics and treatments. Moreover, it is easily to perform.

Human beings are beings of development which is an inherent human feature oscillating between the phase of transition and the phase of cristallisation. Human beings are beings of relations as well. That means that development is influenced by social context. Adverse social context could lead development of both individual and community to halt and to ensuring entropy. That entropy could be confronted by social acupuncture which can stimulate the continuation of the individual and community development. The intervention by social acupuncture has to be free of recuing, it has to be based on relation and not on power, and it has to have open plan and not a closed agenda. A case study in four acts and epilogue will be presented in which the social acupuncture is applied to inhabitants of two Rome (Gipsy) settlements.

Dora Dragoni Divrak has completed her degree thesis in 2009 with Bologna University about insulin resistance hepatopaty and adiponectin related to metabolism. In 2016, she completed the specialty thesis with AMAB about the neuroscience of acupuncture. In 2017, she submitted the doctoral thesis with IBAM about CAM and reward system. She is an author of several articles
My ideas are based on lots of studies made in acupuncture and neuroscientific fields. It is commonly known that acupuncture acts thanks to endogenous opioids like endorphines, enkephalines, dynorphine, endomorfine. It is also science that wellness in our body-mind is related to reward system: vta in midbrain is the center, then projecting into basal ganglia, amygdala, nucleus accumbens, insula, hypothalamus- hypophisis, lymbic system etc. What is new is that endogenous opioids can regulate positively reward pathways so to balance dopaminergic and serotoninergic ways. We can say that complementary and alternative medicines can improve our wellbeing thanks to positive molecules increased in reward system since they are able to reduce pain directly and because they can stimulate cou li like acupuncture and ayurvedic practices too, and so making circulate qi and coutaneous molecules. So, since wellbeing is a human right, even CAM is human needs solving practices and for this reason we have to believe in them even socially and globally

Constitutional types have always been the corner of traditional medicine. Constitutional Medicine was the foundation of Western and is still today the basis of all non-Western (Eastern) medicines: TCM, Unani, TJM, Ayurveda, etc. In these different traditions, the number of somatotypes can vary, although the essential concepts remain the same: the physical constitution influences the hormonal and biochemical physiology of the individual. More recently, the ABO blood type was discovered thereby dividing all women and men into four basic blood groups: A, B, AB and O. This new division of mankind is equally based on precise biochemical processes. Since the two biotypologies are not mutually exclusive they can be suitably applied to each individual. Therefore, a nascent new synthesis between Western biotype classification (chosen for simplicity and for traditional purposes) and ABO blood groups is herewith proposed. The resulting new medicine effectively merges the age-old traditions with contemporary biological medicine. The ABO-biotype system is a new traditional constitutional medicine capable of explaining the differences in immune responses, athletic fitness, physical aptitude, and many more characteristics between diverse humans. Even more so, it allows developing an individualized therapeutic approach based on nutritional and physical interventions. The ABO-biotype system may hence be defined as a personalized traditional medicine, where every human being is treated holistically.

Acupuncturists often needle points to a depth identified either by cun (proportional) measurement or through achievement of de qi (acupuncture sensation) as perceived by the patient. Great inconsistency in depth of each point measured in either method. Acupuncture point depths can be discussed using a modern anatomic understanding of the underlying tissues rather than a classical proportional description to enhance outcomes and minimize risks.

Quantum medicine is a new branch of medicine. It is not dependent only of our will, choice or level of education and spirituality but of the main path that science is going. It is present almost 40 years in the society as a “borderline science” but today has many users and might be important part of the primary healthcare. It is no anymore about “tomorrow” but about “today” and “now”. Developing of Quantum physics provided many tools that can be used in medicine without any side effects. It is strongly generated with traditional medicine, acupuncture, Ayurveda, herbal medicine, yoga, …In this sense medicine is divided today on the one that is based on the quantum mechanics and the one that is based on quantum physics. After exploring many softwares for quantum medicine healings including (Bicom optima, e-Lybra system, Diacom NLS system, Veda pulse diagnostics, Rife generators, Zappers, Analysers of quantum fields of human body I came to conclusion that Tesla scalar field has the perfect influence on the human bio-field. This is non-Herz wave with greater speed than light made by Nikola Tesla in his patents but also present in the nature. This has a prefect influence on the DNA regulation and reparations on the cellular level but with a big influence on the <Etheric body that alternative medicine is interested for as well. Regulation is coming from the TOP TO BELOWE from the etheric body where the problem has started, before its material signs. We came to idea how we may use this invention in prevention .It is not that much new if we reconsider that Tesla was member of American therapeutic association from 1903 and now is 2019. He was advanced more than 100 years from his time.
This study provides the much-needed evidence on the potential benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practices with respect to their costs. In order to define the framework of analysis, different economic evaluations for the healthcare sector are described first. From an initial appraisal it appears that the ones that are possibly applicable to TCM are cost-effectiveness (CEA), cost-utility (CUA) and cost-benefit (CBA) analysis. Nevertheless, only CEAs and CUAs have been widely used for assessing the relative effectiveness of TCM, whereas very few CBAs have been performed so far, due to the challenge of attributing a monetary value to health. What is more, current cost-effectiveness research in TCM lacks the necessary quality and standardization of a proper analysis model. Therefore, based on the findings of the literature review, a possible approach was structured, describing the suggested steps and necessary tools that would have to be adopted in order to run a complete appraisal of the cost-effectiveness of TCM.
Yvonne Beerenbrock works as a research assistant and doctoral student at the Chair of Quality of Life, Spirituality and Coping at the University of Witten-Herdecke (Medical Faculty, Chair of Medical Theory, Integrative and Anthroposophical Medicine). She is a health educator, health economist and earned MA from University of Kaiserslautern. She also is a molecular biologist and studied BSc from University of Applied Sciences Gelsenkirchen/ CUNY - Central University of New York. She is a non-medical practitioner, qualified nurse for intensive medicine and anaesthesia, yoga teacher with more than 2000 hours of basic and advanced trainings. She learns yoga philosophy from Dr. Katy Poole (University of California).
Background: The current work situation in health care facilities and schools lead to increased stress perception and strategic cool-down reactions (i.e., emotional distancing). Hence, teacher-student and doctor-patient relationships worsen with all economic effects (delayed patient recovery, poor schooling). Meditation and yoga interventions were reported as beneficial strategies to cope. Therefore, we designed a study to assess the influence of yamas and niyamas (as ethical guidelines of yoga) within the framework of a yoga practice for healthcare staff and teachers. There are no publications on this subject so far. Research Questions: Does Yoga with focus on yamas and niyamas have an impact on cooldown and stress? Does the impact of yoga with the focus on yamas and niyamas have a better impact on cooldown and stress reactions than standard yoga classes? Methods: Three-armed randomized controlled study: yoga practice focusing on yamas / niyamas yoga practice according to regulations of SHI waiting list 150 participants will be recruited and assessed at 4 time points (pre, during and post intervention as well as 6/12 months later on) with standardized questionnaires. The intervention lasts 10 weeks with 45 minutes of sessions per week, including a handout for home exercise.
Results: Presentation of a study design. No results available.
Conclusions: We expect 1) that Yoga with focus on yamas and niyamas has an impact on Cool Down and stress perception which is better compared to standard yoga, and 2) that both yoga interventions have better effects than wait list control.
Katia Lollai has studied acupuncture at University of Rome. She studied phitoteraphy too in the same place. She partecipated to the Master of acupuncture supervised by Dr. Aldo Liguori, the fondeur of acupuncture in Italy. Then she studied at many conferences and began the pupil of dr. Mario Sorrentino, teacher in Acupuncture at University of Rome and famous acupuncturist in Italy. The well-known platform on line e-lotus allowed her participation to many webseminars about acupuncture. Some years ago Katia founded the facebook’s group “Secrets of Acupuncture shared in every part of world” to share her knowledges with acupuncturistes of any continens and culture.
The present study is focus on the support that the Acupuncture can offer in syndrome bi and, in general, in rheumatic disease, in persons molested by a stalker and in people with EHS (electro-sensivity), produced by electromagnetic contaminations. The Ehs is a condition in which adults and children develop intolerance to radiation from wirless technology device and infrastructure such as cell phones, wi-fi, wireless utility “smartmeters” and cell towers and antennas. Brain and breast cancer, fertility problems, autism, have been associated with exposure to radiation from wi-fi technology. The final part investigated stroke. The oral presentation will demonstrate how dr Lollai, with the constant use of Acupuncture, in its different combinations (moxa, acuus, auricoloterapy), made possible to remove anesthetic medicines and cortisone, made spirit peaceful and make antibodies ana negative, supporting organism to survive to serious infections. The report will be supported by protocols used and photos and medical examinations.

Background: There have been some studies about the efficacy of auricular acupressure in relieving many clinical issues during pregnancy and during period of lactation. This study aimed to summarize and critically evaluate the evidence on auricular acupressure for breastfeeding.
Methods: We searched 10 databases published up to May 15, 2017. Randomized controlled trials evaluating the efficacy of auricular acupressure for breastfeeding were included. Risk of bias was assessed using the Cochrane risk of bias tool. Data analysis was conducted using RevMan software (version 5.3).
Results: Thirty-one randomized controlled trials were included in this review. The methodological quality of the included studies was generally low. Because of the high risk of bias observed in the included studies and the diversity of the auricular acupressure methods, meta-analysis was not performed. Auricular acupressure as an complementary therapy to routine postpartum care had no consistent effect in increasing the volume of milk production and serum prolactin level, and in facilitating the initiation of milk secretion. Auricular acupressure as an alternative therapy may be effective in increasing serum prolactin level and facilitating the onset of milk secretion, however, the evidence is lacking. There were no serious adverse events with the use of auricular acupressure.
Conclusions: Although some studies showed positive results, we could not determine the general efficacy and safety of auricular acupressure. Owing to low methodological quality of the included studies and heterogeneity among them, further research using large-scale, rigorous study designs should be conducted on this topic in future.

In this systematic review and meta-analysis, we investigated the efficacy and safety of auricular acupuncture (AA), which is a safe and non-pharmaceutical treatment inserting needle or attaching medicinal herb to acupoints in the outer ear, for cognitive impairment and dementia. Twelve electronic databases were searched, and 9 randomized controlled trials (RCTs), to August 2017, evaluating effects of AA on cognitive impairment and/or dementia were included. The results are as follow. (1) For vascular dementia (VD) patients, AA showed mixed results on cognitive function and insignificant differences in self-care ability compared to Western medication (WM). However, when AA combined with WM, the clinical effectiveness was better compared to WM alone. (2) For mild cognitive impairment (MCI) patients, AA combined with WM did not showed significant improvement in cognitive function compared to WM. However, when AA combined with herbal medicine (HM), significant improvements in cognitive function and self-care ability were occurred, compared to HM alone. (3) There was no report about adverse event associated with AA. (4) The methodological quality of included RCTs was generally poor. For the efficacy of AA on cognitive impairment and/or dementia, limited evidence suggested that AA may help to enhance the clinical effectiveness of WM in VD patients and to improve cognitive function and self-care ability of MCI patients when it combined with HM. However, more rigorous and large-scale RCTs are needed to confirm the efficacy and safety of AA on these populations.

Adhesive capsulitis is a common disease that causes pain and reduced range of motion, but vague on the shoulder. Inflammation of joint or tissues around the joint can cause limitation in range of motion and painful joint. There is no known racial or genetic tendency. Most patients with adhesive capsulitis will improve with nonsurgical treatment. The prevalence of shoulder complaints in the UK is estimated to be 14%, with 1% to 2% of adults consulting their general practitioner annually regarding new-onset shoulder pain. Ancient Chinese medicine called frozen shoulder as Fifty Years Old Shoulder. Acupotomy is the novel medical device and technology which is derived from the combination of the acupuncture needle with the surgical knife to treat soft tissue trauma characterized by severe Pains of neck, shoulder, back, buttock arm or leg. Using acupotomy the doctors can remove tissue adhesion of trauma resulting in the improvement of the local circulations that pain is released. As to its pathogenesis there have been different opinions: one opinion state that the slight shifts of the muscles around shoulder are the responsible factor and caused a groups of tender points into six to ten focal points; on the other hand, most of the literature says this disease starts with degenerative changes of soft tissues of the shoulder , which , coupled with the invasion of cold and dampness , causes a chronic aseptic inflammation in a wide area around the joint and its capsule , and extensive adhesion of the soft tissue that limits the movement of the shoulder joint. So we also call it " frozen shoulder. both opinions are correct since they look into the whole matter from different aspect. adhesion of soft tissues leads to imbalance of muscle motion, so we observe limitation in ROM and pain. As we mention soft tissue adhesion is one of the main reason that caused Frozen shoulder, Acupotomy needles have both properties of Acupuncture needles and also have properties of surgery blades for cutting and separating soft tissues, so that Acupotomy can solve resolve this problem.
Method: According to previous studies we evaluate 20 patients divide them in to two groups, acupuncture group and acupotomy group. Each group contain 10 patients. All the patients with primary frozen shoulder and with TCM pattern of wind-damp-cold entire to our study and rest of frozen shoulder patients excluded. The whole course of treatment for acupuncture group in 10 session 3 days a week and for acupotomy group in 4 sessions that every 5 days have one session. In Acupuncture group, the needles were retained for 30 minutes and in Acupotomy group acupotomy needle were removed after manipulations, and were not retained
Results: From total of 20 patients, there were 13 female cases and 7 male cases. According to compression of VAS Score of before-after treatment (acupotomy group: from 7.72±1.34 changed to 5.23±1.57 and acupuncture group from 7.15±1.56 changed to 5.75±1.42), it showed that both treatment was effective and have significant changes in VAS scale for before and after treatment, although the treatment in both group were effective but Acupotomy group was superior to Acupuncture group and there was significant difference between changes of VAS score in these two group. The range of motion in different direction were examine before and after treatment and the results compare and analyze separately. ROM in all direction were proved significantly in each group and curative effects of these two groups compare to each other have significant difference that show that acupotomy group have better improvement of ROM than Acupuncture group. Curative rate (acupotomy group: 40% VS acupuncture group: 20%) and effective rate of treatment (acupotomy group:100% VS acupuncture group: 80%) in these two groups were significantly different and acupotomy group was superior to acupuncture group
Conclusion: The result of our study showed that curative effect of acupotomy in superior to acupuncture in different aspects, VAS score, and curative effect for ROM. The quality of day life activity can be recovery quickly with acupotomy in this patients. And also this method is cost benefit and time saving method in comparison with the other way of treatment in western medicine or Chinese medicine. According to mechanism of acupotomy treatment, it had high curative rate and quick response of treatment and less failure than other treatments.
