Abstract
Acute Myeloid Leukemia(AML) starts in the inner parts of the bone marrow- spongy material in the bones that produce blood cell. It spreads into the other parts of the body involving lymph nodes, liver & central nervous system.symptoms may include easily bleeding and bruising, fatigued, recurrent infections. A pre-diagnosed case of acute myeloid leukemia preented in Homeopathic opd with excessive bleeding from gums. His MRI showed multiple lobulated extra-conal masses with enhancing thickening, along with both Zygomatic bones & base of the skull. He was admitted in another hospital for chemotherapy. He took 3 complete sessions of chemotherapy. But bleeding from his gums was persistent. With the passage of time & treatment, he got worse in his disease level with no positive changes in health status. His eyesight was declared dead. At the end, after a year of treatment, they refused for further treatment. This case shifted to homeopathy. He presented in Homeopathic opd in miserable condition.He wasn’t able to walk. Individualized Homeopathic treatment plan started and his condition improved gradually. After treatment of 6 months he was completely fine, without any sign and symptoms of acute myeloid leukemia and bad effects of chemotherapy.
